Ms. Persons has been a member of the School Board since 2012. She and her husband, Rick, have lived in Pleasantville since 1997 and have three sons " one at PHS and two alumni. For 22 years, Ms. Persons owned/ran J. Fleet Designs, an importer and wholesaler of tabletop and decorative gifts. Now, Ms. Persons is an ADHD Life Coach. Ms. Persons has been active on multiple committees over the years including volunteering for many events for her children in all 3 schools, District Wellness Committee, District Communications Committee, liaison to the PTA and PCO. Mrs. Persons participated in the Strategic Plan 2026 on the Communications Action Team and on the Leadership Action Team for Phase Two of the Strategic Plan.
