Halloween has been canceled for the safety and consideration of neighbors.We cannot assess the condition of private property upon which people will have to walk upon in order to safely Trick O Treat. Many residents have situations with tree limbs hanging, wires down, no power, piles of storm debris to navigate, etc.Many others are busy attending to other immediate concerns, and many are not even home. We cannot advise when it will be safe to conduct these sort of activities.
